Geisinger Health System – Justin Drive I and II

Martin Rogers served as MEP consultants on the new 35,000 SF three story, and 90,000 SF four story LEED Silver certified mixed use facilities for the Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA The buildings included multiple floors of open flexible office space and conference / support space for the office floors.  In addition, the facilities included medical office and clinical space for patient care.

The LEED design effort included an energy model of the facility to maximize performance and features such as local lighting control for 90% of the building occupants, 30% reduction in water usage, use of T5 style energy efficient lamps, custom package rooftop systems with VAVs, Energy recovery equipment, variable frequency drives, condensing boilers, emergency generators, and low flow plumbing fixtures and devices.
